How orders work

Shipping

Orders ship USPS from Oregon. I go to the post office every day, so most orders leave within one business day.

US shipping is a flat $6 per order, however many items you buy. Orders of $40 or more ship free with code FREESHIP at checkout.

Standard US delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days, depending on how far you are from the West Coast. You'll get a tracking number by email when your label is created.

International orders ship First-Class Package International and usually arrive in 1 to 3 weeks. Customs fees, if any, are set by your country.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or any major card, and you don't need an account. I never see your card details.

Returns and problems

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email hello@btlstore.com first and I'll send you the return address.

If an item arrives broken, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email me within 30 days. I'll send you a prepaid return label, so it costs you nothing to send it back. Once it arrives, I'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

For any other return (it doesn't fit, you changed your mind), please send it back in its original condition. You pay the return shipping, and I'll refund the item price as soon as it arrives.

I only use your name, address and email to ship your order and send tracking. Payment details stay with Stripe. Nothing is sold or shared.
