About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from btlstore.com, run by BTL (Bring the Light) in Oregon, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
Products are designed and 3D printed by hand, so small variations in color and surface texture are normal. Photos show the actual products, but colors can look different on different screens.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is $6 per order in the US unless a promotion applies. Payment is collected by Stripe at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly, I'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
Shipping
I currently ship within the United States only, via USPS. Most orders ship within one business day. If a product is marked made to order or backordered, the ship-by date is shown before you buy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. See the full returns policy for details, including how return shipping works for defective and non-defective items.
Custom orders
For QR stickers, you're responsible for the link you provide. Please double-check it at checkout. If you need to change it, email me before your order ships. I may decline links to illegal or harmful content and refund you.
NFC chips
The NFC chip can be rewritten unless you lock it. Locking is permanent and can't be undone, so lock it only if you're sure.
Use of products
Use products as intended. Small parts such as the tweezers and toothpick aren't suitable for young children. To the extent allowed by law, BTL's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
